come.
The design team created an open air feeling to the building by utilizing uplighting which helped to increase the ‘feel’ of the height of the ceilings. The building is illuminated using compact fluorescent.
For the Children’s Library area a floating ceiling was used to create an additional height feel to the space and was illuminated using and metal halide lamping uplighting. Ceiling lightboxes were utilized and skylights were added through the library.
