Located on the majestic West Side of NYC in the Chelsea District a 21-storied condominium was erected. The building has a façade of sheer glass giving the resident an unobstructed view of the skyline of NJ. Upon entering the main entrance into the building, the resident finds a dramatic, breathtaking experience. The lobby is accented with powerful spot lights playing off the light and shadows of the lobby. The Concierge is located behind a two way mirror which is backlighted by accent lighting coming from the exterior gardens through a wall of abstract windows. Each unit has custom recessed fixtures in the corridors and bathrooms and the living quarters has surface mounted wall sconces. The kitchen area is minimal in design, with an accent light reflected from a ceiling mounted mirror to illuminate the counter island.
